Operations Head

As the Operations Head at DNC Theatres LLP, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end operations of multiple cinema theatres. Your role will include ensuring operational excellence, profitability, compliance, and delivering an outstanding customer experience. This position requires strong leadership, strategic thinking, and hands-on management of theatre operations. Key Responsibilities: - Oversee theatre operations including ticketing, concessions, housekeeping, and projection systems. - Ensure adherence to SOPs for safety, hygiene, and customer service. - Monitor daily performance metrics and implement corrective actions. - Prepare and manage theatre budgets. - Track revenue streams (Box Office, F&B, Advertising) and control costs. - Drive initiatives to improve profitability and reduce wastage. - Recruit, train, and manage theatre managers and staff. - Conduct performance reviews and ensure high employee engagement. - Implement training programs for customer service and technical skills. - Maintain high standards of service and ambience. - Handle escalated customer complaints and feedback. - Introduce innovative offerings to enhance audience experience. - Ensure compliance with local laws, licensing, and health & safety regulations. - Maintain security protocols and emergency preparedness. - Oversee digital ticketing systems and POS operations. - Implement automation and process improvements for efficiency. - Coordinate with IT for system upgrades and troubleshooting. - Collaborate with marketing teams for movie launches and campaigns. - Support local promotional activities and partnerships. Qualifications: - Graduate / Postgraduate in Business Administration, Hospitality, or related field. - 12-15 years of experience in operations management, preferably in cinema or hospitality sector.
