Operations Head - (Agency Division) Shipping & Marine

As the Head of Operations at Hazira / Magdalla ports, your role involves overseeing various aspects of vessel operations. Your key responsibilities include: - Managing arrival and departure formalities for vessels, ensuring timely completion. - Coordinating crew change procedures and other husbandry formalities at the port. - Handling all vessel import and export documentation with accuracy and compliance. - Liaising with customs, port authorities, and other relevant bodies to ensure smooth vessel operations. - Communicating effectively with stakeholders to provide updates on vessel status and ensure seamless operations. - Overseeing loading and discharge of vessels, ensuring efficient port operations. - Preparing and submitting Turnaround Reports to owners and head office after vessel departures. - Responding promptly to emails and providing timely updates to all parties involved in vessel operations.
