Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate day-to-day operational activities across multiple organisational initiatives
Support execution and tracking of CSR, government, and institutional projects
Liaise with internal teams, partners, PSUs, banks, and external stakeholders
Maintain and update project documentation, reports, timelines, and master trackers
Assist in drafting official letters, emails, MoUs, work orders, and compliance documents
Support monitoring of payments, invoices, fund requisitions, and record-keeping
Coordinate meetings, prepare minutes of meetings (MoMs), and follow up on action items
Assist leadership with operational planning and process improvement

Desired Skills & Competencies:

Strong organisational and coordination skills
Excellent written and verbal communication
Ability to multitask and manage deadlines efficiently
Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Email)
Willingness to learn, adapt, and take ownership of responsibilities
High level of professionalism, integrity, and attention to detail

Eligibility & Experience:

Graduate or Post-Graduate in any discipline (Social Sciences / Management preferred)
0 - 3 years of experience in operations, administration, or NGO/CSR environment
Fresh graduates with strong learning attitude may also apply
