Role & responsibilities Vendor Management (Vendor Account Managers)/ Vendor Escalations. Courier NDR/Bills clearance, wt disputes, Vendor Performance pickups. Customer Returns management, Escalations Queries resolver. Order Dispatcher according to best fit, Overall Dispatch Management. New vendor Acquisitions/ Planning and develop business strategy with vendors. Preferred candidate profile Graduate & Post Graduate in operations domain Communication skills should be sharp Professional & career oriented profile Should be well versed with startup culture Ability to think creative ways to engage , retain and maximize performance among teams Should have Above average Soft skills, good convincing and negotiation skills Flexibility towards work responsibility, should be ok to involve in multiple roles and responsibilities.
