Key Responsibilities

• Accurately type and prepare visa applications, forms, and supporting documents.
• Review client-provided information and ensure completeness of documentation.
• File visa applications through online portals and physical submissions, as per embassy/consulate requirements.
• Maintain and update records of filed applications and track their status.
• Coordinate with internal teams and clients for missing or additional documents.
• Ensure adherence to embassy guidelines, timelines, and data accuracy.
• Handle sensitive client information with confidentiality and professionalism.

Requirements

• 12 years of experience in visa filing, documentation, or typing roles .
• Strong typing skills with high accuracy (knowledge of online forms/portals preferred).
• Familiarity with embassy/consulate visa requirements will be an advantage.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple applications simultaneously.
• Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, Google Suite, internet browsing).
• Good communication skills in English and Hindi.
