Job Description

Duties & Responsibilities Include Bookings Overlook and manage Daily Bookings on the Screen. Receive Requests from affiliate companies for the Bookings to be covered. Check Driver availability to conduct the booking via a Call / Whats App / Messaging Confirm the booking request to the affiliate company Input the Booking on the company Dispatch System and send off driver details Complete the booking on the Supplier portal with the Driver Details Ensuring all bookings are on Dispatched stage and there are no bookings pending to be confirmed or dispatched. Manage the Status of the Bookings throughout the passenger Journey. Plan Drivers for Current day and next day bookings Reply to any quote requests Nationally or Internationally Data entry, Monitoring and Servicing of all the other Service bookings Dispatching Dispatch bookings to the Drivers Complete the booking on the Dispatch, Finalize booking with all the charges and then close. Monitoring Check Driver status 90 Mins prior to PUP (pick up). Check on Google Maps current position of Drivers to see if they would be able to reach the desired pick up location on time before dispatching the jobs. Take Desired action to change the driver if the driver is running late Ensure status updates are received from the driver (On Route On Location POB Passenger on Board, Clear) for each individual trip. Ensure all Extra charges are received and recorded for each booking (Tolls, Car Park Charges, Waiting Time or any additional charges) Assist in maintain an ON-TIME delivery of service. Drivers Once booking has been sent acknowledgement call to be made to ensure that the driver has received the Booking or Email to be checked to see if acknowledgment received from the driver Maintain Driver relationship and trust. Answer to all driver queries in a timely manner including pay slip queries Record Keeping Manage all Driver & Vehicle records in terms of Licensing requirements Send Out of Date notifications to drivers through the dispatch system and request for up to date Documents Upload new and renewal documents on the Dispatch System and store older documents in old document folder to always adhere to Transport regulations Prepare Weekly / Monthly Pay reports for the Drivers using the Inhouse Dispatch System Carry out Quarterly Driver and Vehicle License audits Send weekly Driver & Vehicle report each week on a Monday to Transporting body Register Drivers on different supplier portal to accept Bookings Contracting Reach Out to worldwide affiliate chauffeur companies with the company profile and offer affiliate rates to the company Request affiliate rates from worldwide chauffeur companies Maintain database of Pricing from Worldwide Chauffeur Companies Contracting for all and other company services and maintaining the database of suppliers Build affiliate relationships with National and International affiliates.
