Operations Executive

They offer a wide range of washroom hygiene services, including air fresheners, sanitisers, feminine hygiene units, hand dryers, soap dispensers, floor protection mats, and scenting solutions. **Key Responsibilities:** - Coordinate with clients to maintain strong relationships and ensure service excellence and retention. - Schedule, plan, and allocate services for efficient team deployment and timely execution. - Validate and generate data, plans, and reports using the iCABS system. - Handle billing, invoice submissions, revisions, and credit note (CN) maintenance. - Follow up on purchase orders, service contracts, legal agreements, and contract renewals. - Oversee office administration, statutory compliance, attendance, and petty cash management. - Manage vehicle maintenance and GPS tracking. - Supervise the service team to ensure the smooth operation of the service center. - Maintain inventory records, including battery stock. **Qualification Required:** - Any Graduate. - 1-3 years of experience required. - Background in administration with decent communication skills. **About Rentokil Initial Hygiene:** Rentokil Initial Hygiene values its people who are at the core of their mission and vision.
