Job description: We are looking for enthusiastic and trustworthy individuals to work as Operations executive in our esteemed travel company. As an Operations Executive for Kesari Tours, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless execution of travel experiences for our clients. Your responsibilities will encompass travel operations, coordination with various departments, planning itineraries and handling tours packages, and attention to detail to guarantee the highest level of customer satisfaction. Company Name: Kesari Tour Position: Operation Executive (International) Qualification: Any Graduate Experience: 2 - 6 years Location: Mahim, Mumbai Role & responsibilities: Responding & Processing Inquiries originating from Sales, within stipulated time. Design and plan comprehensive travel itineraries, considering transportation, accommodation, activities, and special requests. Leadership qualities and team management are must. Past team handling experience will be added advantage. Managing the operations team and their daily tasks IT skills necessary (MS office) Look into the each processed inquiries and bookings, further negotiate and increase the profitability of the file. Foster positive relationships with vendors and service providers to enhance collaboration and service quality. Meet regularly with visiting suppliers and strengthen PR for value added services for VIP's etc. Excellent Product knowledge (Domestic/International) Should be well versed with online booking portals and DMCs, and Maximise conversion Ratio Extend Support to Sales Team to maximise bookings Maintain accurate records of client information, reservations, and operational details, and provide regular reports. Requirements: Qualifications: Any bachelors degree. Proven experience in travel or hospitality operations. Effective communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Strong understanding of travel dynamics and logistics, and market trends. Self-motivated with a results-driven approach. Go-getter attitude and adaptability.
