Operations Executive

This is a full-time remote role for an Operations Executive. The Operations Executive will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, managing operational processes, and ensuring efficient workflow. Tasks will include analyzing data, communicating with team members and clients, and optimizing operations to achieve organizational goals.

Work includes but is not limited to

1. Managing list of leads accumulated through ads.
2. Sending out multiple nurturing messages to leads across whatsapp groups.
3. Scheduling whatsapp messages to ensure maximum attendance during webinars.
4. Attending LIVE webinars twice a day and moderating chat.
5. Helping the leads to make the payment during the webinar by sending payment link in zoom chat and over whatsapp.
6. Segregating list of leads into customers, attendees of webinars and those who did not attend.
7. Identify and share list of hot leads to Sales Team for sales closure.
8. Analysing webinar and ads data to identify optimization opportunities.
9. Managing and analyzing data of customers to understand engagement and lapses.

Work Timings

10am - 7pm / 12pm - 9pm (will depend upon webinar timings of the day)

Saturday Off

Location - Noida (preferred)

Virtual Office - You will be expected to stay connected to Official Zoom Meeting (with camera on) during the job hours; can take breaks for lunch/coffee etc.

Qualifications

• Strong Interpersonal and Communication skills
• Proficiency in Operations Management and Operations skills
• Excellent Analytical Skills for problem-solving and decision-making
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Attention to detail and organizational skills
• Experience in personal transformation or related fields is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
