Operations Executive

Location: Goregaon, Mumbai

Experience: 6months - 1 year of experience

Role:

We are looking for a highly proactive Operations Executive who can drive day-to-day operations, streamline internal workflows, and act as the central coordination point between Product, Tech, Sales, and Support teams. This role is crucial for ensuring the smooth execution of our MVP launch and requires someone who is organized, deadline-focused, and naturally excellent at problem-solving.

Responsibilities:

• Manage daily operational activities and maintain seamless workflow across cross-functional teams.
• Track MVP launch progress, ensure timely execution of tasks, and flag delays or dependencies.
• Coordinate closely with Product & Tech for bug tracking, prioritization, and follow-ups.
• Create, update, and maintain SOPs, process documents, and operational guidelines. Identify inefficiencies and recommend process improvements.
• Maintain dashboards, trackers, and internal reports for leadership visibility.
• Support onboarding activities for new users/customers.
• Ensure timely resolution of operational or product-related issues.
• Coordinate with internal teams to provide quick and accurate responses.
• Follow up with different departments to ensure timely task completion.
• Assist with vendor coordination and management (if required).
• Support ad-hoc tasks needed for the MVP launch.

Requirements:

• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Good understanding of operational workflows and process execution.
• Ability to track multiple tasks and follow up consistently.
• Problem-solving mindset with a 'get things done' attitude.
• Basic working knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment.
