Manage and process bookings for domestic and international flights, hotels, buses, travel insurance, and visas.? Provide exceptional customer support to corporate clients, handling queries efficiently and professionally.? Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for ticketing, refunds, reissues, and service-related requests.? Handle additional client requests such as web check-ins, seat preferences, meal selections, baggage, and wheelchair assistance.? Ensure compliance with all Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and maintain high-quality standards.? Maintain accurate daily transaction records, reports, and updates on internal tools.? Assist in training the team on self-booking tools and other operational systems.? Manage client escalations promptly and ensure customer satisfaction.Qualifications:? Bachelor's degree in Travel & Tourism, Hospitality, Commerce, or Management (preferred but not mandatory).? Candidates with 0-5 years of total work experience are preferred.? Experience or knowledge of GDS systems (Amadeus, Galileo, or Sabre) is an advantage.? Excellent communication and coordination skills (English required; Hindi/Kannada preferred).? Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability.? Ability to multitask and perform effectively under pressure.? Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and familiarity with travel management tools.
