Responsibilities: Design and edit promotional materials using Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator. Regularly update and manage the company website via WordPress (basic HTML knowledge required). Create professional presentations for client proposals, tour itineraries, and marketing initiatives. Interact effectively with Domestic and International DMCs and suppliers for acquiring competitive tour packages, handling inquiries, rate negotiations, and booking confirmations. Utilize AI tools like ChatGPT for content creation, itinerary development, and enhancing operational efficiency. Collaborate with the sales team, preparing customized client presentations and communications. Professionally manage official email correspondence to maintain high service standards. Monitor and document customer complaints, escalate them timely to management, and ensure effective resolution. Provide operational support to the marketing team by offering relevant data and insights. Essential Qualifications & Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator. Basic understanding of HTML. Experience with WordPress website management. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Familiarity with Domestic and International travel suppliers and DMCs. Comfortable with ChatGPT and similar AI tools. Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities. Additional Preferred Skills: Social media savvy. Basic knowledge of SEO.
