We’re Hiring | In-Clinic Operations Executive –Indore

India’s leading digital healthcare platform, is expanding its Clinical Support Team (CST). We are looking for Operations Executives with a medical/healthcare background to strengthen our hospital coordination and insurance support functions.

Role: Associate – CST

Location: Indore (Onsite | Walk-in Interviews
Salary: ₹14,500 – ₹25,000 (In-hand) + CTC

What You’ll Do:

Coordinate doctor appointments & hospital operations (OPD/IPD).

Manage pre-auth documentation, insurance desk, and billing coordination.

Handle hospital communications, patient consents & follow-ups.

Maintain trackers, manage escalations, and assist sales with documentation.

Who Can Apply:

Degree/Diploma in Healthcare, Nursing, or related fields (preferred).

Experience in hospital operations/front office OR insurance desk/TPA SPOC.

Proficiency in MS Office/Excel & strong coordination skills.

Excellent communication, multitasking & empathetic patient-handling ability.
