About the Role: We are looking for a proactive, detail-oriented Operations & Customer Success Specialist to join our dynamic team. This cross-functional role combines backend operations, customer relationship management, hiring support, and financial coordination. You’ll be the backbone of our internal processes—ensuring operational excellence, supporting the sales cycle, engaging with customers, and driving key administrative functions. Prior experience in the ITES (Information Technology Enabled Services) industry is essential, and a working knowledge of cloud technologies is a strong plus. Key Responsibilities: Backend Operations & CRM Management Manage backend processes including CRM administration and data management (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho, HubSpot). Prepare reports, dashboards, and documentation to support business decisions. Streamline and standardize workflows across departments. Finance Coordination Assist in generating and issuing customer invoices. Follow up with clients to ensure timely payments and maintain clear communication around outstanding dues. Collaborate with the finance team to track receivables and support cash flow reporting. Recruitment & HR Support Coordinate hiring activities, including job postings, candidate screening logistics, and interview scheduling. Support onboarding and internal communication for new hires. Customer Success & Relationship Management Act as a primary liaison for customers post-sale, ensuring smooth onboarding and continued satisfaction. Address client inquiries, coordinate internally for resolutions, and proactively identify improvement opportunities. Foster strong, trust-based relationships to support long-term retention. Sales Enablement & Collaboration Work closely with the sales team on proposals, documentation, follow-ups, and customer communication. Ensure seamless transition from sales to delivery teams with clear knowledge handovers. Company Events & Engagement Participate in internal meetings, team-building initiatives, and industry events as a company representative. Contribute to a positive, collaborative workplace culture. Required Qualifications: Minimum 2 years of experience in operations, customer success, or sales support within the ITES industry . Strong understanding of CRM platforms and general business operations. Experience with invoicing and payment tracking processes. Excellent communication, follow-up, and coordination skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Working knowledge of cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, GCP) is highly desirable. Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field. Exposure to SaaS or cloud service models.
