We’re seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Operations & Customer Service Coordinator to oversee the complete order lifecycle for our international fine jewelry business. You will serve as the bridge between customers, vendors, and internal teams — ensuring every order is produced, tracked, and delivered seamlessly, while providing exceptional service at every touchpoint.
1+ years of experience in operations, customer service, or order management.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills for handling customers and vendors.
Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
Proficiency with Excel, CRM, or order management tools.
Familiarity with export/shipping documentation is an advantage.
Experience in e-commerce, jewelry, or fashion industries.
Knowledge of international shipping and logistics.
Prior startup or fast-paced environment experience, with the ability to multitask effectively.
