skill development programs, ensuring they are executed efficiently, completed within stipulated

timelines, and deliver maximum value to the beneficiaries. This role offers a unique opportunity to

Job Description: Program Development Coordinator

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee and implement project and govt skill program execution across defined timelines

and deliverables.

  • Monitor day-to-day program activities and ensure timely updates from all stakeholders.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams to align resources and resolve bottlenecks.
  • Take ownership of program progress, proactively identifying and resolving operational issues.
  • Provide timely and structured updates to senior management and external stakeholders.
  • Maintain documentation and reporting standards to track milestones and KPIs.
  • Facilitate internal meetings, reviews, and follow-ups to ensure alignment and accountability.
  • Familiarity with medical service terminology and healthcare basics is a strong advantage.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to convey complex ideas clearly.
  • Prior experience in project supervision or progress management is desirable.
