Position Summary: We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Coordinator to act as a bridge between stakeholders, ensuring smooth communication and coordination across stores and franchise operations. The ideal candidate will track business progress, compile reports, and facilitate effective collaboration while maintaining efficiency in business operations. Key Responsibilities: Serve as the primary point of contact between stakeholders, stores, and franchises. Track and monitor business operations, ensuring alignment with company goals. Maintain and analyze business reports using Excel and Google Sheets for data tracking and presentation. Coordinate and facilitate communication for business-related tasks, ensuring timely execution. Support store operations and franchise requirements by providing necessary data and updates. Present reports and findings effectively to management for decision-making. Key Skills & Requirements: Strong coordination and communication skills to interact with multiple stakeholders. Proficiency in MS Excel & Google Sheets for tracking and reporting. Excellent presentation skills to compile and present data in a clear and structured manner. Organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently. Ability to work independently while maintaining attention to detail.
