Role:

We're looking for an Operations Associate Intern to join our team and help us deliver exceptional service to our customers. If you’re a problem-solver, an excellent communicator, and eager to grow in a fast-paced environment, this is the perfect opportunity for you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Actively engage with students to guide them through their learning journey, resolve issues, and provide recommendations for success.
• Provide guidance, mentorship, and counseling to students, helping them with their learning roadmap.
• Promptly resolve student queries and handle escalations.
• Serve as the escalation point for student and client issues, promptly addressing and resolving concerns while maintaining a positive and professional relationship.
• Address customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a friendly and professional manner.
• Keep customer records up to date with accurate information.
• Collaborate across teams to enhance the learning experience.

Who We’re Looking For:

• Strong communication skills and a solution-oriented mindset.
• Comfortable managing day-to-day operations, tracking progress, and identifying areas for improvement.
• A quick learner with a proactive approach and an open-minded attitude.
• Proficient in Basic Excel.
• Excellent communication skills in English (written, verbal, and non-verbal).
• Previous experience in customer support is a plus.
• Tech-savvy candidates will have an edge.
• Available to work 6 days a week.
