Operations Associate

who’s curious, hands-on, and ready to dive into the world of inventory, procurement, and production planning. If you enjoy solving problems, streamlining processes, and making things work smarter—not just harder—this one’s for you.

How do we wish to build this role with you?

📦 Track stock levels and help maintain inventory accuracy🚚 Coordinate with vendors to ensure timely deliveries📊 Assist with order processing and delivery tracking📈 Forecast inventory needs to avoid shortages or overstocking🏭 Support smooth batch production and quality control💰 Contribute to cost-saving and sustainability initiatives🤝 Collaborate with suppliers, logistics partners, and internal teams for seamless execution

Knowledge Or Experience In The Ideal Candidate

Strong

analytical & problem-solving

skills – ability to turn data into meaningful insights.Excellent

communication & people management

skills – you’ll be coordinating with multiple stakeholders.Proficiency in

MS Word, PowerPoint & Excel
