Your proactive nature, strong organizational skills, and attention to detail will be essential in managing multiple priorities and fostering effective collaboration across teams to contribute directly to the company's efficiency, scalability, and long-term operational success. **Key Responsibilities:** - Provide administrative and logistical support to enhance operational efficiency across various teams and departments. - Assist in scheduling internal meetings, tracking deadlines, and maintaining project calendars. - Organize and manage digital records, standard operating procedures (SOPs), internal documentation, and compliance checklists. - Coordinate the logistics of new employee onboarding, including access credentials, tools, and documentation. - Monitor and report on operational key performance indicators (KPIs) using internal tools or dashboards. - Ensure confidentiality and compliance when handling sensitive company or client information. - Collaborate with operations, finance, HR, and legal teams on process improvement initiatives. **Qualifications:** - Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with a keen eye for detail. - Proficient oral and written communication skills in English. - Familiarity with productivity and collaboration tools such as Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, Slack, and Notion. - Ability to effectively manage time and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. - Preferably 1-2 years of experience in an operations, administrative, or support role. - Capability to work independently or within a remote team. - A bachelor's degree in business administration, operations, communications, or a related field is preferred, though not mandatory. - Preferred experience in technology or startup environments.
