Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Operations and Maintenance Engineer to join our team at Atkins Global. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in operations and maintenance engineering, with excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage and maintain equipment and systems for optimal performance and efficiency.
Conduct regular inspections and repairs to prevent breakdowns and minimize downtime.
Develop and implement maintenance schedules and procedures to reduce costs and improve productivity.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve operational issues.
Analyze data and reports to optimize processes and improve overall performance.
Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulations to maintain a safe working environment.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or related field).
Proven experience in operations and maintenance engineering, preferably in a similar industry.
Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems, including troubleshooting and repair.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex data.
Effective communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
