Operations Analyst

As an Operations Analyst at NetRTech Solutions LLP in Ahmedabad, your role will involve handling day-to-day tasks related to analytical support, communication with stakeholders, financial analysis, customer service support, and accounting operations. You will work closely with various teams to understand business needs, document requirements, create and maintain process documentation, assist in implementing solutions, and monitor service delivery quality. Your responsibilities will include: - Analyzing business processes and workflows to identify opportunities for standardization, improvement, or automation. - Delivering process and solution documentation across different teams, geographies, and tools. - Leading projects from end-to-end to ensure timely goal achievement. - Developing a deep understanding of individual teams and processes to facilitate the development of best-fit solutions. - Monitoring project progress, resolving issues, providing progress reports, and recommending actions. - Maintaining all work documentation to a high professional standard. Qualifications and Experience required for this role include: - English fluency at least Upper-Intermediate level. - Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage with technical and non-technical stakeholders effectively. - Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams in a global setting. - Basic knowledge of business process modeling, workflow, and project management principles. - Familiarity with data analysis tools and methodologies. - Ability to work in a team environment, manage multiple priorities, and tasks effectively. - Previous experience in business analysis or related roles is preferred. - Proficiency in using project management tools like Monday.com. - Understanding of ecommerce systems and experience in online advertising would be advantageous.
