This role will be responsible for evaluating and optimizing operational processes, ensuring efficiency, and supporting financial and HR functions. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, a keen interest in data interpretation, and the ability to provide strategic insights that drive business performance. Key Responsibilities: Analyze operational processes and provide recommendations for improvement. Support financial and HR teams by gathering and interpreting data. Develop reports and dashboards to track key performance metrics. Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance operational efficiency. Identify trends and provide insights to management for decision-making. Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements. Support system implementations and process automation initiatives. Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, HR, or a related field. Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Power BI, or other data analysis tools. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities. Preferred Qualifications: Internship experience in HR analytics, financial reporting, or business operations. Knowledge of ERP systems and process automation tools.
