Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Operations & Administration Executive to oversee daily operations, office administration, HR coordination, and people management. This role requires a proactive individual who can manage workflows, ensure discipline, support staff needs, and maintain a positive workplace environment.

Key Responsibilities:Operations & Task Coordination

  • Manage daily operations activities, follow-ups, and coordination across teams.
  • Handle RFQs, leads, sales updates, purchase and delivery follow-ups.
  • Track task completion and ensure teams meet deadlines with minimal delays.
  • Maintain dashboards, logs, and weekly reports for senior management.

Office & Administration Management

  • Oversee day-to-day office functioning, vendor management, and inventory.
  • Maintain company documentation, filing, and administrative records.
  • Coordinate maintenance, IT support, and office upkeep.

HR Support & Workforce Management

  • Support recruitment: shortlisting, scheduling interviews, onboarding.
  • Maintain attendance, leave records, and support payroll inputs.
  • Ensure employees work as per assigned tasks and timelines.
  • Address staff concerns professionally while maintaining confidentiality.
  • Ensure workplace discipline, ethics, punctuality, and policy compliance.
  • Plan and support office celebrations, birthdays, and team engagement.
  • Promote a balanced, supportive, and stress-free work environment.

Communication & Internal Coordination

  • Act as a central point of communication between Sales, Accounts, Operations, HR, and Warehouse teams.
  • Follow up on pending tasks, escalate delays, and support smooth workflow.
  • Document MOM (Minutes of Meeting) and weekly updates.

Required Experience & Skills:

  • 2–4 years of experience in Operations, HR, Office Administration, or People Management.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, HR, Commerce, or related field.
  • Strong coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • High proficiency in MS Office, reporting, and documentation.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle multiple responsibilities.

Job Types: Full-time, Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 24 months

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

  • Hyderabad, Telangana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Experience:

  • Project coordination: 2 years (Required)
  • Administrative: 2 years (Preferred)
