Role Description

on-site

You will manage daily operations across delivery, production coordination, internal planning, and MIS reports. In addition, you will handle basic accounting tasks using Zoho Books and coordinate with the Chartered Accountant for taxation, GST, TDS, and compliance requirements.

not a customer-facing account management role

limited to operational coordination or special requests only

Qualifications

• Strong operational planning and workflow management skills.
• Basic accounting knowledge with familiarity in

  Zoho Books

  (preferred).
• Ability to coordinate with Chartered Accountant for taxation & compliance.
• Good communication and clarity in reporting.
• Detail-oriented, process-driven, and strong multi-tasking abilities.
• Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Operations, or related fields.
• 14 years of experience in operations, accounting support, logistics coordination, or production operations.
