Operational Excellence Sales Consultant

Job Description

As Operational Excellence Consultant, you will act as an in-house advisor for the countries, steering them towards sales process optimization and standardization through the adoption of Shared Services and the implementation of automation solutions. Responsibilities: Identify opportunities for process standardization and automation of manual workflow, defining key initiatives Lead process automation and robotization projects (from planning to implementation) together with the IT Communicate and engage with all organizational levels across different functions to ensure successful project implementation Research and initiate adoption process automation innovations and technologies Measure and analyze KPIs to evaluate process effectiveness and drive continuous improvement. Actively promote best practices, standardization, and operational excellence throughout the sales organization. Qualification: Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business administration, Operations Management, Engineering, or any related field.
