Job Summary:

Nursing IN charges (OT / Casualty / OPD)

Key Responsibilities:

For Nursing Incharge (OT / Casualty / OPD):

Supervise and manage nursing operations in
Operation Theatre, Casualty, and OPD
units.
Ensure adequate staffing, duty rosters, and leave management for nursing personnel.
Oversee patient care delivery, safety, and adherence to hospital protocols.
Conduct regular training and performance assessments of staff nurses.
Coordinate with doctors, anesthetists, and administration for smooth departmental functioning.
Maintain records, supplies, and compliance with infection control standards.

For Scrub / OT Nurses:

Prepare OT before surgical procedures, ensuring sterility and readiness of instruments.
Assist surgeons during operations by handling instruments and maintaining a sterile field.
Monitor patient condition before, during, and after surgery.
Handle specimen labeling and post-operative equipment care.
Maintain accurate OT documentation and ensure safety protocols are followed.

Skills Required:

Strong clinical and leadership skills in OT / Casualty / OPD operations.
Knowledge of surgical procedures, instrument handling, and aseptic techniques.
Good communication and team management skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced hospital environment.
Problem-solving and decision-making abilities under pressure.
