IT Infrastructure Monitoring / Application Monitoring/Noc Monitoring Hands on exposure on 2-3 following Monitoring tools Appnomics, Dynatrace, Splunk, Whatsup gold, SCOM etc Hands on experience in ticketing tool - Service now Required Candidate profile Basic knowledge on Networking. Should know TCP/IP class, router, switch and some level of understanding on firewall workflow. Should have good knowledge of Server / Database / Storage (very basic)
