Operation Manager-Industrial Automation

Role Overview: As AGM/DGM-Operations, you will be responsible for leading and managing the operations team to ensure smooth day-to-day functioning across all sites. Your role will involve aligning operational activities with business goals, driving operational excellence, overseeing technical operations in automation, instrumentation, utilities, and plant processes, and collaborating with senior management for strategic planning and resource allocation. Key Responsibilities: - Lead, manage, and develop the operations team, including two operations managers, to ensure smooth functioning across all sites. - Ensure alignment of operational activities with business goals, compliance, and quality standards. - Drive operational excellence, cost optimization, and process improvements. - Oversee technical operations in automation, instrumentation, utilities, and plant processes. - Plan, monitor, and execute projects within defined timelines, budgets, and quality standards. - Collaborate with senior management for strategic planning, forecasting, and resource allocation. Qualification Required: - B.E. / B.Tech. / Diploma in Engineering - 17+ years of experience in Process Automation with a leadership role Additional Details: The company focuses on projects related to Automation, Electrical & Instrumentation, and emphasizes continuous improvement initiatives, lean practices, and cost reduction measures.
