Operation Manager

We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Rental Operations Executive who can manage rider interactions, handle store operations, and ensure a seamless rental experience for gig workers using our EVs (Zomato, Swiggy, Blinkit, Zepto, etc.). This role requires strong communication, multitasking, and process management skills. Key Responsibilities Rider Communication Call riders for enquiries, explain rental plans, pricing, and onboarding steps. Assist walk-in riders and convert enquiries into active rentals. Resolve rider questions about documents, payments, and plans. Store & Operations Handling Manage day-to-day store activities, walk-ins, and vehicle availability. Keep track of helmets, chargers, keys, and store inventory. Maintain store environment and ensure proper documentation. Vehicle Delivery & Return Hand over EVs to riders after verifying forms and KYC. Guide riders on vehicle usage and basic safety. Inspect EVs during return and report damages or issues. Documentation & Payments Ensure rental forms, agreements, and KYC are correctly filled. Manage payment collection, deposits, and plan renewals. Maintain daily operational logs and update tracking sheets. Required Skills & Experience 1–3 years in operations, customer service, rental business, or automotive industry preferred. Strong communication skills (Hindi + local language). Basic Excel/Google Sheets knowledge. Comfortable handling walk-ins and high rider volumes. Why Join Us?
