Export Sales Executive - Sportswear

About The Opportunity

A fast-growing player in the Apparel & Sportswear export sector serving global retail and wholesale customers across Europe, North America and APAC. We specialise in end-to-end international apparel sales, merchandising and export operations—delivering performance and lifestyle garments with a focus on compliance, on-time delivery and margin optimisation. We are hiring an on-site Export Sales Executive based in India to drive revenue, manage buyer relationships and coordinate export execution.Role & Responsibilities
  • Drive new international business and nurture existing buyer relationships for sportswear lines—create proposals, price lists, and commercial terms to win orders.
  • Manage the end-to-end export order lifecycle: order confirmation, production follow-up, quality assurance, packing & labelling, and shipment scheduling.
  • Prepare, review and manage export documentation including invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin and LC-related paperwork to ensure smooth customs clearance.
  • Coordinate with freight forwarders, customs brokers and inland logistics to optimise freight terms (FOB/CIF), transit times and shipping cost structures.
  • Negotiate MOQs, lead times, payment terms and delivery schedules with international buyers; liaise with merchandising and production to meet SLAs and maintain margins.
  • Maintain CRM and sales pipelines, produce regular sales forecasts and performance reports, and hit sales targets and KPIs.
