Location: Nariman Point, Mumbai Contact: HR Sneha – 9324363994 Job Summary:S2 Infotech International Ltd. is looking for a detail-oriented Operations Executive to handle MIS reporting, team coordination, payroll verification, and other operational functions. The role involves ensuring accuracy in data, salary processes, and supporting management in smooth operational execution. Roles and Responsibilities:Supervise and guide the MIS team for timely and accurate reports. Prepare and validate daily, weekly, and monthly operational data. Check invoices shared with clients or project teams for accuracy. Coordinate with the payroll team and verify monthly salaries of project employees. Assist in salary reconciliation and ensure payroll accuracy before final processing. Maintain operational documentation, reports, and performance trackers. Coordinate with internal departments to ensure seamless operations. Support management in process improvements, audits, and compliance activities. Skills & Requirements:Strong Excel and MIS reporting skills. Knowledge of payroll and invoice verification processes. Excellent communication, coordination, and analytical abilities. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, or related field. 2–5 years of experience in Operations / MIS / Payroll coordination roles.
