Job Title: Operation Executive – Insurance

Location: Kakkanad, Kochi

Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month

Experience: 1–2 years (preferably in insurance operations/administration)

Job Description:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Operation Executive – Insurance to manage and support day-to-day operations. The candidate will play a key role in handling policy processing, documentation, and client support to ensure smooth workflow in the insurance division.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and process insurance applications, renewals, and claims.
• Maintain accurate records of policies, endorsements, and related documents.
• Coordinate with insurance providers, clients, and internal teams for policy updates.
• Assist in premium calculations, reconciliations, and payment follow-ups.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines.
• Provide support in preparing MIS reports and operational data.
• Address customer queries and provide timely resolutions.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in insurance operations, claims, or policy administration.
• Strong knowledge of insurance processes and documentation.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks.
