Job Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Executive to support and streamline daily operations for our Organization. The role involves coordinating store activities, ensuring process compliance, monitoring inventory, and supporting overall operational efficiency to deliver a seamless retail experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee day-to-day store operations to ensure smooth functioning.
  • Coordinate with store teams for stock replenishment, inventory checks, and timely dispatches.
  • Monitor operational KPIs such as footfall, sales reports, shrinkage, and store performance.
  • Ensure adherence to company SOPs, compliance norms, safety guidelines, and operational standards.
  • Support new store openings, vendor coordination, and logistic movements as required.
  • Conduct regular audits of stores for cleanliness, merchandising, and operational readiness.
  • Track and resolve operational issues by coordinating with cross-functional teams (Supply Chain, HR, Finance, Marketing).
  • Maintain documentation, reports, and operational MIS for management review.
  • Assist in improving processes to enhance productivity and customer service quality.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations, Retail Management, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in operations, preferably in retail / FMCG / urban commerce.
  • Strong understanding of store operations, inventory management, and retail processes.
  • Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and basic reporting tools.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to travel to store locations within the region when required.
