The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, basic computer knowledge, and a positive attitude. Key Responsibilities Welcome students, parents, and visitors professionally. Answer phone calls, WhatsApp, and email inquiries related to IELTS classes, fees, demo classes, and scheduling. Maintain student records, admissions data, and attendance. Provide information about courses, batches, study material, and mock test schedules. Handle walk-in inquiries and guide students through the registration process. Coordinate with trainers for demo classes, results, and feedback. Manage daily office operations: printing, filing, appointments. Assist in fee collection, issuing receipts, and tracking payments. Maintain a clean and professional front-desk environment. Skills & Qualifications Good English communication (spoken & written). Basic computer skills (MS Office, Google Sheets, WhatsApp Business). Strong organization and time-management abilities. Positive, helpful attitude and customer service mindset. Ability to work in a student-focused, fast-paced environment. Prior experience in education / IELTS / immigration / customer service is a plus. Working Hours 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM (may vary depending on batch timings) Weekend availability preferred.
