Key Responsibilities:

• OpenText Content Server, Documentum, VIM, Exstream, InfoArchive, or Extended ECM

• Customize and configure workflows, metadata models, and document lifecycles.

• Integrate OpenText with other enterprise applications (SAP, Salesforce, SharePoint, etc.).

• Provide L2/L3 support, troubleshoot issues, and perform root cause analysis.

• Participate in upgrades, migrations, and system enhancements.

• Prepare technical documentation, deployment guides, and user manuals.

• Collaborate with business users to gather requirements and deliver solutions.

Required Skills:

• OpenText product suite (Content Server / VIM / Exstream / Documentum / Extended ECM)

• Java / .NET / Web Services / REST / SOAP

• SQL, Oracle, or any relational database

• document management, workflow automation, and archiving solutions

• SAP integration with OpenText (if relevant)

• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.

Good to Have:

• OpenText Certification(s).

• cloud-based OpenText solutions

• Exposure to Agile / DevOps environments.

Education:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
