About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced OpenStack Architect / Technical Lead to design, deploy, and manage large-scale OpenStack environments. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with multi-node deployments, VNF orchestration, and cloud storage solutions like Ceph. You will lead technical initiatives, guide engineering teams, and ensure high availability and scalability of our cloud infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

• Architect, deploy, and maintain multi-node OpenStack environments.
• Lead VNF deployment and orchestration on OpenStack clouds.
• Configure and manage Ceph storage clusters for block and object storage.
• Oversee the installation, scaling, and management of OpenStack services (Nova, Neutron, Cinder, Keystone, Glance, Horizon, Heat).
• Ensure high availability, reliability, and performance across the cloud infrastructure.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to cloud engineering teams.
• Implement automation for provisioning, monitoring, upgrades, and maintenance

Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong experience with OpenStack services and multi-node deployments.
• Hands-on expertise with Ceph, Swift, and cloud storage solutions.
• Proficient in VNF deployment, SDN, VLANs, VXLANs, and Neutron networking.
• Experience with automation tools like Ansible, Python, or Shell scripting.
• Familiarity with cloud monitoring, troubleshooting, and HA configurations.
• Knowledge of container orchestration (Kubernetes / Magnum) and NFV frameworks is a plus.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and team leadership skills.
