As a Marketing Manager Performance Marketing, your core focus will be to drive ROI-positive advertising campaigns across e-commerce (Amazon, Flipkart) and Q-commerce platforms (Zepto, BlinkIt, etc.) using keyword strategy and performance optimization.
Plan, execute, and optimize ad campaigns on:
Amazon Advertising (Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, DSP)
Flipkart Ads (PLA, Product Boost, Smart ROI)
Quick commerce platforms: Zepto, BlinkIt, Instamart, etc.
Manage campaign budgets, daily spends, pacing, and bid strategies to achieve target ROAS and sales goals.
Conduct keyword research and targeting for each platform to boost discoverability and conversion.
Optimize product listings for ads performance (title, bullets, backend keywords).
A/B test creatives and messaging to improve CTR and conversion rate.
Monitor and analyze performance data across platforms.
Create dashboards or reports to track KPIs like ROAS, CTR, CPC, CPA, ACOS, etc.
Provide actionable insights to improve campaign performance and reduce ad wastage.
Work closely with the creative team to develop compelling ad assets.
Coordinate with the marketplace team to align on promotions, stock availability, and launches.
Partner with the growth and brand teams to align messaging and strategic goals
Must have minimum 3-4 Years of experience into Ecommerce / Quick Commerce Performance Marketing
Must have run the campaign on- Flipkart, Amazon, Blinkit, Zepto, Swiggy
