Job Description

Job Title: Admin

The duties shall include:

Handling and Ensuring effective Housekeeping, Electrical, Office Assistant and Security Management
ID card issuance and inventory management.
Taking care of photocopying, printing and stationery requirements
Taking care of in-house catering /cafeteria requirements including drinking water arrangement and organizing hot/cold beverages for the employees
Arrange and organize AMCs for different equipment like DG Sets, etc.
Ensuring adequate and proper record maintenance related to all areas such as telephones, stationery, goods inward/ outwards, agreements, licenses, bills etc
Tracking and maintaining sub-staff attendance
Ensuring effective pest control activities in the office campus for the good health of the employees
Supporting Training logistics.
Events management
Ordering of stationery and consumables
Material movement Management
Courier Management
MIS reports to be send to Admin Manager on a weekly / monthly basis
All the other admin activities assigned by the Admin Manager
