Job Description

Role & responsibilities Order Management- Planning, managing, and coordinating all activities related to the sourcing and procurement of necessary materials and supplies needed to meet the changing levels of product demand. Tracking of Order vs. Supply, Pending orders, and Sale loss value / models Discussion with the plant, conducting weekly meetings on material requirement Sales & Operation Planning (S&OP) Responsible for demand forecasting, finding forecasting gaps by looking the actuals and correcting the forecasting by collaborating with regional sales Preparation and submission of monthly S&OP Analysing the bottlenecking from the Manufacturing side & working with them to resolve Inventory Management Well versed with setting up the inventory norms - Strong concepts of reorder levels and safety stocks Inventory movement and Aging - Tracking category wise Stock movement Monitoring inventory against defined norms and adherence to FIFO Supplier Performance Tracking of Weekly and Monthly Fill Rates and DIFOT Taking possible actions to improve Fill rates & DIFOT from all manufacturing locations MIS reporting Meeting targeted on time MIS report Preferred candidate profile Strong negotiation & influential skills. Ability to present data effectively Good communication & interpersonal skills Proficient computer skills with advanced skills on MS Office applications including Excel Able to manage a high volume of work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
