Dear Candidates, Urgent looking for candidates Credit collection Analyst. (REMOTE WORKING) Shortlisted candidates will first have to undergo a French language skill interview round. SAP Experience It will be Romania time zone - 9AM to 6 PM in Romania (currently 12:30 PM to 9:30 PM India time) Role & responsibilities Approve customer credit applications within authority defined by CSD Standards Perform credit analysis/evaluation for new customers within defined guidelines and existing policies and procedures Obtain input /reports from reporting agencies (eg, Equifax, Experian, etc) Escalate credit applications approvals that exceed authorization Code credit master files to establish payment terms and credit limit based on CSD Credit Policy Approve credit extensions or order referrals (credit blocks and service holds) on customer accounts Interface with Team Lead and Global Manager to ensure consistent application of policies, procedures, and performance metrics Weekly/monthly reporting of collections Providing data for monthly performance reports of receivables and participates in AR related meetings Interacts with credit agencies Offers support and information related to quarterly/annual AR estimates Participates and offers support for internal and external audit Responsible of: accounts balance analysis, setting new customers, credit limit establishment, providing to the Cash Applications team necessary details for correct payment application Approves credit limit extensions and customers repayment plans within his/her threshold Identifies and monitors overdue accounts and takes the necessary actions, minimizing the impact on the company Assures timely collection, offers support for accounts under legal procedures, as well as for those sent to collection agencies Executes any other dispositions from superiors to achieve the companys objectives, within legal regulations.
