Job Description

Role & responsibilities Customer call handling & monitoring over email/phone Planning & Scheduling activities to Service Engineers' planned activities in co-ordination with Customers expectations. Service Scheduler" is a key role who will interact with customers to plan visits such as Preventive maintenance, Installations and other planned activities. Service Schedulers will work closely with Regional Service Managers, customers and Field Engineers to deliver our services, effectively. Ability to know/learn the geographic territory and travel time estimation Customer Satisfaction Measurement. Collaboration with Regional Service Manager and Team Leaders. Analysis of Service Calls data from SAP and SFDC system Focus on planned service orders & create advance plan for service engineers Leave room for Short Term and dispatching (load factor) Quick alignment on last minute installations and other planned orders Final review before handing off to calls dispatching team with regular interactions Good Planning skills as per available resources & ensure field service productivity Preferred candidate profile Experience in Call Management role.
