Desired Profile:

Position: SCM & Planning Coordinator

Location: Rakholi, Silvassa

Educational Qualification:  Any Graduate

Job Profile:

1. Production & Planning Coordination

Coordinate daily with the Production Planning Team for production schedules, machine planning, and order priorities. Ensure production aligns with sales order requirements and delivery timelines.

2. Sales Order Management

Coordinate with the Sales Team for daily Salesforce sales order sequencing. Ensure customer orders are updated, checked, and planned for processing. Verify product availability and communicate shortages or delays

3. Order Readiness & Packaging Documentation

Ensure all orders are ready with correct packing lists in Salesforce before dispatch. Check correct SKU, quantity, dimensions, and labeling as per customer and internal requirements. Follow up with the warehouse & production team for proper packaging and order completion.

4. Warehouse & Inventory Control

Monitor warehouse stock levels for all Avana products. Ensure accurate inventory stock keeping (RM/PM/FG). Carry out routine stock analysis and highlight slow-moving or fast-moving items. Support monthly, weekly, and daily physical stock audits.

5. Dispatch & Logistics Coordination

Coordinate with the Logistics/Commercial team for dispatch scheduling and vehicle arrangement. Ensure timely loading of materials as per the planned dispatch list. Maintain daily dispatch quantity records in internal sheets/MIS.

6. Documentation & Reporting

Maintain internal daily sheets for production vs. dispatch. relate and update MIS reports for inventory, order status, and pending orders. Ensure documentation accuracy and compliance with company standards.

7. Operational Excellence

Ensure adherence to 5S practices in warehouse and production areas. Follow safety guidelines and ensure safe material handling. Promote teamwork among production, sales, and warehouse staff.

Key Skills & Competencies

• Strong coordination and communication skills

• Proficiency in MS Excel, MIS reporting & data analysis
  
• Working knowledge of ERP/Salesforce (preferred)
  
• Problem-solving and decision-making skills
  
• Ability to manage pressure, priorities, and multiple teams
  
• Understanding of manufacturing & dispatch workflows
