Job Description

Role & responsibilities

To Achieve Fincon budget of Branches assigned, along with the desired activation rate.
To drive credit cards sourcing through Digital route.
Drive Productivity, manage costs of acquisition and ensure compliant sourcing processes
Build and nurture relationships with the branch managers, PB, Relationship Managers and key employees for Lead generation
To coach, mentor and motivate the team to enhance productivity, conduct training and refresher sessions
To drive X Sell like Smart Pay, GHI, Forex, Card for sure, One Assist, Standing Instruction on Debit Card and Debit Card upgrades, Smart-Hub App.
Adherence to laid down sales processes
Right Card To Right Customer approach by upgrading existing card to ensure increased usage and spends

Cross Sell to existing carded customers to ensure higher activation and usage.

Preferred candidate profile

Minimum experience of 2-4 years in sales & relationship management.
Preferred from Banking / Telecom / FMCG / Financial Services.
