Job Description

Role & responsibilities 0-5 years of experience in banking or finance industry (preferably in MSME lending). Strong understanding of microfinance products such as loans against property (LAP) and other secured/unsecured loans. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while meeting targets. Preferred candidate profile Manage relationships with existing clients to identify their financial needs and provide tailored solutions. Identify new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and market research. Process loan applications from start to finish, ensuring timely disbursement of funds. Maintain accurate records of client interactions, transactions, and performance metrics.
