The candidate should have at least 2 years of call auditing experience in a call center and be a graduate.
Responsibilities:
- Audit calls to ensure quality and compliance
- Identify areas for improvement and provide feedback- Monitor and report on quality metrics- Support training and coaching initiatives
Requirements:
- 2+ years of call auditing experience in a call center- Graduate degree Must- Excellent communication skills in required language combinations- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
