BS Degree with at least 4 years of progressively responsible experience in building and implementing model-driven, enterprise-level business solutions. You’ve led end-to-end delivery of medium to large component of bigger solution. You’ve been exposed to a variety of technologies including Application Servers, programming languages, relational and non-relational data bases and integration techniques. You’ve demonstrated knowledge of and applicability of Object-Oriented techniques and principles. You’ve delivered solutions in Agile and Scrum methodologies. Key Responsibilities: Application Design & Development: Lead analysis, design, and configuration of Pega applications. Define class structures, data models, and process flows. Integration & Configuration: Integrate Pega with databases and external systems via SOAP/REST services Team Leadership: Mentor developers, conduct code reviews, and ensure quality releases. Security & Compliance: Design application security protocols and ensure compliance with Guardrails. Certifications: CSA, CSSA (mandatory);
