Supervision of Operation, Maintenance and records / log sheets of Air Compressor and Air Dryer. 2 Supervision of Operation, Maintenance and records / log sheets of Nitrogen Generation & Distribution. 3 Supervision of Operation, Maintenance and records / log sheets of Chiller, Cooling Tower, Chilled Water pumps and Cooling Water Pumps. 4 Operation, Maintenance and maintaining records / log sheets of Hot Water Generation & Distribution. 5 Operation, Maintenance and maintaining records / log sheets of HVAC System. 6 Execution and maintaining records / log sheets of Breakdown maintenance as well as Preventive Maintenance of Utility Equipment and HVAC. 7 Execution of Plant Shutdown procedure. 8 Maintaining utility pipe colour coding. 9 Operation, Maintenance and maintaining records / log sheets of diesel generation System.Role & responsibilities Operation and maintaining records / log sheets of Building Management System (BMS) and Environment Management System (EMS).
