Key responsibilies include: Conducng research and analysis to idenfy areas for process improvement. Developing and implemenng producon processes and procedures to ensure consistent quality and mely delivery of products or services. Idenfying and troubleshoong process and producon issues and providing recommendaons for improvement Ulizing stascal analysis and process control techniques to monitor and improve process performance. Collaborang with cross-funconal teams to idenfy and implement process improvement iniaves. Conducng feasibility studies and cost-benefit analyses to evaluate potenal process changes. OEE & Loss matrix monitoring and project iniaon. Developing and maintaining process documentaon, including standard operang procedures (SOPs) and work instrucons Ensuring compliance with relevant regulatory requirements and industry standards Connuously monitoring and evaluang process performance to idenfy and address areas for improvement. Strong analycal and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communicaon and collaboraon skills. New machine development and automaon acvies. Monitor the regular impediments in Project execuon and taking the necessary acons. Creang & controlling the project documents (Project charter, Stakeholder register, Risk register, lesson learned, and other arfacts.) Requirements: FMEA, Control Plan, Process Design. Change management & APQP. SPC Knowledge. Change Management. Audit Documents RCA /Problems solving/8D/Correcve acon prevenve acon. MSA knowledge. Knowledge of Project Management tool JIRA. TPM and Lean tools
