Dear Candidates, Greetings from Vvinayak Associates We have urgent opening for MIS Executive with Retail Sales(FMCG) Company at Malad West-Mindspace Education : Any Graduates Location : Malad west ( Mindspace) Expereince : Min 2 years in SFA and MIS Prepration Interview Mode : 1st round will be zoom call and 2nd round will be Face to Face About Company The First and Only of its kind Route to Market and Plug-n-Play Retail Sales(FMCG) Company that partners with early stage and emerging brands (Manufacturers/Importers) to build, operate and manage sales, distribution supply chain & markets. 1. Should be well versed and very strong with Advanced Excel and preferably Macros 2. implementing and maintaining sales automation software and tools to improve the productivity and efficiency of the sales team. 3. Implementing appropriate SFA* software and tools (*Sales Force Automation) 4. Training sales team members on how to use the SFA software and tools 5. Sharing various sales reports with sales team and Clients on a daily basis 6. Managing and maintaining the SFA system, including troubleshooting and resolving any issues that arise 7. Analysing sales data and providing insights and recommendations to the sales team and management and help them make informed decisions . 8. Collaborating with other departments, such as marketing , logistics and finance to ensure the SFA system integrates seamlessly with other systems and aligns with overall business goals 9. Work closely with the sales team to understand their needs and ensure the SFA system supports their work effectively. 10. Strong understanding of sales processes and technologies, as well as excellent communication and problem-solving skills. 11. Tracking sales performance, analysing market trends, and providing sales forecasts. 12. Work closely with the sales team to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to increase sales and improve customer satisfaction.
